Cancellation Policy
For Any Reason:
We charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-show. There is 50% cancellation fee when cancelling within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
If you are more than 5 minutes late without calling in advance or more than 15 minutes late, we charge 50% cancellation fee and appointment is cancelled to accommodate our next appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and do not make exceptions except for the first time at our full discretion.
